Physical activity can support mental and physical well-being. Accessible movement can be part of a wider routine. It is not a substitute for professional assessment or treatment when depression, anxiety or another condition needs care.
Accessible options include walking, dancing or adapted movement suited to ability and circumstances. Choose something manageable and discuss medical limitations with a professional where needed. Movement can sit alongside sleep, social support and treatment. Persistent low mood or anxiety that disrupts daily life deserves assessment even when someone exercises regularly. This overview cannot prescribe an exercise programme or promise relief.
